Return Policy

At Organic Elementz your 100% satisfaction is our priority. We will happily accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for clothing and bedding that has not been washed or worn. Depending on the product ordered, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) may be required. Please email info@organicelementz.com to obtain the RA# prior to returning your merchandise.

Backorder Policy

Although we do our best to keep a fully stocked inventory, occasionally an item may be out of stock. We will notify you immediately by email if an item you ordered is on backorder.

In-stock items usually ship within 5 business days via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Expedited service is available upon request.
